My political creed is "I will do my best to live a peaceful, healthy, energetic and spiritually rich life for the people of the prefecture by making use of the Constitution in my daily life" and "I will value the voices of the people of the prefecture and work sincerely and earnestly in everything I do". The catchphrase is "powerful, positive, caring". When my junior when I was a prefectural employee challenged the prefectural assembly election, it was a word that I used to express myself in a support speech, but I made a point and still use it.　
The policy lists the following seven items.
(1) Promote tourism to Kagoshima, which attracts tourists from all over the world.
We will promote the creation of attractive tourist destinations that make use of the history, culture, and natural scenery that built the majestic Sakurajima and the dawn of Japan. We will increase the brand power of the region, increase the non-resident population, and revitalize the region.
(2) Improving employment and promoting SMEs
We will work to improve the lives of women and young people, improve the treatment of non-regular workers and construction workers, establish public contract regulations, and promote small and medium-sized enterprises.
(3) Building safe and secure prefectural land that enhances disaster prevention capabilities and is resilient to disasters
　We will promote the creation of prefectural soil that is resistant to disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, torrential rains, and typhoons, including volcanic disaster prevention measures for Sakurajima and other volcanoes, as well as countermeasures for falling ash, to create a livable Kagoshima. We aim to improve the disaster prevention and firefighting capabilities of local governments.
(4) Promoting nuclear-free and status-symbiotic renewable energy
Aiming to move away from nuclear power, we will promote community development using renewable energy that is friendly to the local community. We will strive to enact renewable energy prefectural ordinances that are safe and protect landscapes and health.
⑤ Promotion of agriculture, forestry, fisheries and livestock industries that make the most of Kagoshima's characteristics
　We will secure and train workers who engage in agriculture, forestry, fisheries, and livestock in the region, and promote the production of high-value-added agricultural products that take advantage of Kagoshima's geographical advantage.
⑥ Community development that is kind to everyone
We will promote the development of a barrier-free town where people with disabilities, the elderly, and children can live with peace of mind. We plan improvement of local public transportation becoming the basics and promote town development that is easy to live in.
⑦ Promotion of community medical care and emergency medical care and enhancement of nursing care and welfare
We aim to improve regional medical care in remote islands and hilly and mountainous areas, emergency medical care, and public health and medical care provision systems for new infectious diseases. We aim to build an integrated life support system that includes medical care, nursing care, and prevention.
